Arthritis Foundation Exercise

Join our Arthritis Foundation Exercise Group, an on-going small group following the recommendations of the Arthritis Foundation for gentle, joint-safe exercises. Specifically, the exercises relieve the stiffness of arthritic joints, decrease arthritis pain and improve balance.

The group meets Monday and Wednesday each week from 9am-10:30am in the Community Life Center. New members are always welcome!
