Sunday Morning Small Groups

    Beginning September 14 – Anxiety Study. The group will also decide whether to meet every other week or on some other schedule.

  • Darlene Brideweser Group – 1 pm – Gracious Space, Room 109, Community Life Center – Get Out of Your Head:  Stopping the Spiral of Toxic Thoughts by Jennie Allen  [In Get Out of Your Head DVD bible study, Jennie Allen inspires you to stop negative thinking patterns and take back control of your thoughts and emotions.  This six-session study will guide you through the book of Philippians, challenging you to fight the enemies of the mind with the truth of God’s promises and His goodness. This study guide uses projects, stories, and Bible study to engage the mind and heart.] (begins September 15)

Thursday Small Groups
  • Heart and Hands Knitters – 10 am – noon, Gracious Space (Room 109, Community Life Center), Led by Heather Boyd
    No particular study, but provide support and prayer for one another
  • Games Fellowship Group – 10:15am – 1pm – (meets 1st and 3rd Thursdays each month, starting October 7th) – Ginny Haiges and Paula Dahm – Community Life Center, Room 125 A/B – bring lunch
  • Mahjongg Fellowship Group -1:15pm-3:15 pm – (meets 1st and 3rd Thursdays each month, starting October 7th) – Ginny Haiges and Paula Dahm – Community Life Center, Room 124 A/B [if you are new, you will need some instruction and should indicate such so that Ginny can get in touch to schedule]
  • Young Adult Small Group (30s group) – 7:30pm – 8:30pm – virtual. Led by Beth and Ben Ballard. Studying the Psalms this fall.
  • Anti-Racism Intermediate Study (likely via Zoom) – 7 pm, The Color of Compromise Led by Jean Dobay – 1st 6 weeks of fall session
