Living Grace Small Group

Living Grace, a 16-week small group curriculum, guides you through simple biblical and neuroscience insights. Learn about tools to reduce stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Because each session is independent of the other sessions, you can jump in at any point within the course. Sessions are coordinated by Kelly Rupp. The 16-week cycle started Sunday January 12. All are welcome.
