8-Weeks of Healing through the Arts
Creating something outside of yourself allows you to experience your stress and traumatic circumstances in a new way. You release emotion, separating yourself from it, and this brings healing. This process is fun and leads to peace and freedom from grief, depression, stress, and anxiety. Join us in the outdoor chapel at 9:45am on Sunday mornings in July, August for a relaxing fellowship time to share, create, and heal. This group is open to the community.
