Heartland Hospice Bereavement hosts a monthly small group to examine the grief process and teach valuable coping skills. Each class has explored a different topic on the grief journey, providing emotional support and encouragement.

Monday, March 12, 2018 – Gifts of Hope
In this last segment of our Grief Discussion Series, we address the questions, “How long does grief last?” and “Is there really such a thing as closure?” We‘ll also discuss taking care of oneself and share ideas from the Twelve Gifts of Hope Project.
