Spring brings thoughts of new beginnings, fresh starts and feelings of hope. However, to those who are grieving, it is difficult sometimes to move forward. We feel “stuck” in one place, spinning our wheels just trying to get through the day. Please join us this morning for coffee or tea as we talk about some ideas on how to get “unstuck” and look forward to feeling the spring sun in our hearts.

This Hurts! It Really Really Hurts!
Thursday August 30, 2018 at 5pm-6pm
Loss is painful. No one likes it. No one wants it. It is an unwanted guest you want to send packing as soon as possible. What if you choose to see the pain as a gift that could help teach you peace and joy? We will address the questions, “How long does grief last?” and “Is there really such a thing as closure?” We will also talk about taking care of oneself and giving yourself permission to feel the pain.
This discussion series is open to all. Please join us.
