Bio of Kristen Lane
Kristen Lane is a certified yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to foster safe and respectful guidelines for professional yoga teachers. She has practiced and taught yoga for almost 40 years, long before it became mainstream in the U.S.

Kristen’s approach to teaching is to meet each student where they are with respect to their comfort level and what poses are accessible to them. “You don’t have to be ‘bendy’ to gain extraordinary benefit from a regular yoga practice,” she says. “I welcome and honor everyone who wants to improve their spiritual and physical wellness.”
