9:45am – 10:45 am
MultiActivity Center, Community Life Center
(the building across the street from Sunday morning worship services)
Age 4 – Grade 5
Using the curriculum and resources in 252 BASICS, we invite kids to discover and live out a new understanding of how to grow in relationship with God and with others. We equip kids in first through fifth grade with basic truths modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52:
- I need to make the wise choice.
- I can trust God no matter what.
- I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
HOW IT WILL WORK
Parents will check the kids in on a computer, the kids will receive a name tag with a coordinating parent pick-up code, then parents will walk the kids to their Small Group Leader (Small Groups are divided by age/grade and are approximately 5 – 8 kids). From there, the kids will have Large Group time, where they will all worship together and experience a Bible Story/Lesson. After Large Group time, the kids will split into their Small Groups for some activities that coordinate with the lesson and are age specific to their small groups. We will gather together at the end for a five minute review. Kids will be picked up in their small groups. Parents must show pick-up code to the Small Group Leader to take their child.
*Large Group time & Small Group time both take place in our large Multi-Activity Room (the gym).
On September 10th, the first Prime Time will be an orientation. The parents are invited and encouraged to stay and see what their kids will be experiencing. Parents will be a part of a ‘meet and greet’ with their child’s Small Group Leader and participate in our Large Group Time. After 30 minutes, parents will then be led to check out what options are available for them during the Learn and Grow time.
REGISTER YOUR CHILD
Something else new for us is that kids will need to register for Prime Time. This is so we can get the kids organized into Small Groups ahead of time. You can register your child below.
*Registering your child does not mean that they have to be there each week. It is so we can make the Small Group capacities at 5-8 kids.
