World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization that serves domestic and international children’s programs.
Our World Vision Mission Team volunteers the first Thursday morning of each month from 9:30am-11:30am at the World Vision facility located at 210 Overlook Dr, Sewickley, PA 15143. The center is located just 6 miles from the church. It is one of 7 centers in the United States that serves 31 countries worldwide.
Our volunteers sort, pack, and label clothing, athletic, and household donations. Once donations have been sorted, they are packed into labeled boxes to be ready for shipping. Every pallet that is completed can serve 400-500 people.
Your help is needed!
All volunteers age 10 or older are welcomed and encouraged to join us! We welcome school age and college students while they are on summer or holiday break. Youth volunteers just have to complete the World Vision Volunteer Agreement.
