As churches today continue to face new realities and new challenges in a fast-paced era, the Leadership Council has taken time to reflect upon on our core purpose as God’s Church and our aspiration for the future. Out of that process has come a renewed expression of Ingomar’s mission and vision:
We want to love like Jesus to impact our world: welcoming all, connecting with community and each other, serving with compassion and growing in faith together.
To help bring this vision to life, the Leadership Council has also identified several strategic priorities that will guide our ministry in the years ahead.
Before the meeting begins, we will gather for a brief time of worship. You will then hear an update on the state of Ingomar Church, our planning efforts, the vision for the future, and the priorities that will guide our work in the months ahead.
No RSVP is required. If you would like to submit a question in advance, please submit them online by Friday, August 14. We will answer as many questions as time allows during the meeting.
Following the presentation, you are invited to participate in an informal, interactive session where you can learn more about the action areas and initiatives under consideration and explore opportunities to get involved.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served, and the meeting will conclude at 5:30pm.
